Welcome to our Wedding Hub! You are invited to our wedding and this page should provide all the information you need ahead of the weekend. We will be staying at Wilde Lodge from Friday 26th September to Monday 29th September 2025, with events organised on the Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We’d love you to join us for the whole weekend, or as much of it as you can.
Essentially, we are throwing a festival with a wedding in the middle. When we started planning a wedding, we knew what was important to us, the people we love, amazing music and a big party. Also, we did meet at a festival so this was the only way that made sense for us. Below you will find a rundown of timings and events across the weekend, so you can start planning! But there will be lots of details we haven’t included for now.
We will also be bringing in a bell tent village and we invite any of our guests who want to really be thrown into the festival experience to camp (glamp) at Wilde Lodge. RSVP and let us know if you’d like to book a bell tent. After the RSVP’s are all back, you will be sent details to book your tent, including who you will be sharing with (groups of max 4). The costs will work out to around £120 per person for the whole weekend. Prices are for Friday to Monday, 3 nights, however you are welcome to arrive and depart as needed. Bell tents come with beds, bedding, lights ect.
Camping will be quite full on, so if its not for you, not to worry, below are links to nearby accommodation.
Dress code
We are getting married in Wales at a venue that is predominantly outside. So make sure you bring something warm and potentially an umbrella! The ground is gravelled so can be a bit uneven. There will be fire pits set up in the evening and the Safari Tent will be well heated, but to really enjoy the site we recommend sensible footwear to change into and warm layers for the night time. If you are camping, please bring layers and blankets! Friday is a smart casual cocktail hour attire, Saturday is classic wedding and Sunday is whatever you can manage based on your alcohol consumption the day before.
Travel
Wilde Lodge is certainly easiest to get to by car, so if you are driving to the wedding, please fill up your car with passengers! If you have a spare seat to fill, please let us know and we will let you know of other guests looking for a lift. Below are links to direction information, however if you are travelling from London by train, your easiest journey will be to travel to Ludlow and arrange a lift or taxi from Ludlow to Wilde Lodge.
