Welcome to our wedding hub where you can find all the information you will need for the weekend. We’re thrilled to invite you to be part of our love story as we take the next step on this incredible journey together. This site is where you’ll find all the details for our wedding day, from the event schedule to travel tips and dress code. We hope it helps make your experience as joyful and seamless as possible as we celebrate with the people who mean the most to us.

Join us for the weekend!
We have Wilde Lodge all to ourselves from Friday 20th June to Monday 23rd June 2025. The wedding celebration itself will take place on Saturday 21st June, and we would love to have you join us for the whole weekend.
There is glamping available on site, courtesy of Hels Bells Tents. You can stumble into these at the end of the night, so no excuses to leave early and no need to book a taxi! The tents range in size to fit 2, 4, or 6 occupants and we would love for you to stay with us in the glamping village. It’s surrounded by beautiful Welsh countryside and we will be continuing the celebrations with a chilled braai on the Sunday to swap stories from the night before! Check out the link to Hels Bells Tents below. There will be shower facilities on site all weekend and a powered getting ready space for the Saturday morning.
If glamping is not your thing, there are a number of other fantastic accommodation options nearby recommended by Wilde Lodge, all of which can be found further down the page. Please aware Wilde Lodge is very rural and taxis are limited, so please book your taxis as far our as possible, a list of local companies can be found here.
Day Guests
If you are glamping on site, please join us from 4pm Friday or from 10am Saturday to check in to your tent. Day guests not glamping to arrive from 12:30pm and no later than 1pm on Saturday 21st June.
Evening Guests
Please join us from 7pm on Saturday 21st June for cake cutting, dancing and pizzas!

The Plan
Friday, 20th June 2025
4pm onwards: Arrival and Check-In
For those arriving on Friday, settle into your accommodations and explore the beautiful surroundings of Wilde Lodge.
6pm: We will be having a private dinner on site with close family so we ask if you could please make your own dinner plans. Knighton has some excellent pubs a short drive away.
8:30pm: We would love for you to join us after our dinner for a nightcap to shake-off those pre-wedding nerves.
10pm: Beauty Sleep Reminder
Saturday, 21st June 2025
8am: Pre-wedding run
Did we mention we run? Bring your trainers and join Keegs for a pre wedding 5km.
9am: We will be serving a continental breakfast for those who glamped on site to get you fuelled up for the big day ahead!
10am: Glamping guests may arrive from now to give yourselves plenty of time to settle in and find your tents. Feel free to grab a pre-ceremony drink in the Safari tent.
12:30pm: All guests to arrive at the Lodge
1:30pm: Wedding Ceremony
2pm: Canapés and Drinks Reception
4:30pm: Wedding Feast
7pm: Evening guests arrive, time for cake!
8pm till late: Live music and pizza!
1am: Bar closes
For those still standing, the firepits will be lit for a nightcap under the stars.
** Please note that on the wedding day drinks should only be consumed from the paying bar in the Safari Tent. No BYOB on this day **
Sunday, 22nd June 2025
9am: Breakfast! We will be serving up breakfast to help with the hangovers
10am: Keaghan’s hungover triathlon training
For those not in the know, Keaghan is doing a Half Ironman later this year. Join us for (the tame version) a wild swim, or a walk on one of the many trails around the lodge. Or feel free to wake up and explore at your own pace (the dip will do you good though we promise!)
12pm: Braai - BYOB
Want to know the real reason Sophie is becoming a Krog? Join us for a famous Krog braai to nurse that hangover and find out!
Evening: Movie night!
For those who are able to stay till late or until Monday, we will be hosting a movie night in the Long Barn!

Children
As much as we love your little ones, we kindly ask that this celebration be an adult-only occasion as the venue is not suitable for under-18s.

Whilst your presence is present enough, if you would like to get us a gift then a contribution towards our Canada/Iceland honeymoon adventure would be greatly appreciated.
